ATTN: Pull req resubmitted due to #66975 closed by mistake.

Motivation for this change

I would like all available translations added for libreoffice-fresh and libreoffice-still to be added

Things done
  • Tested using sandboxing (nix.useSandbox on NixOS, or option sandbox in nix.conf on non-NixOS)
  • Built on platform(s)
    • NixOS
    • macOS
    • other Linux distributions
  • Tested via one or more NixOS test(s) if existing and applicable for the change (look inside nixos/tests)
  • Tested compilation of all pkgs that depend on this change using nix-shell -p nix-review --run "nix-review wip"
  • Tested execution of all binary files (usually in ./result/bin/)
  • Determined the impact on package closure size (by running nix path-info -S before and after)
  • Ensured that relevant documentation is up to date
  • Fits CONTRIBUTING.md.

At roughly 2MiB/language adding a hundred languages increases the package size by a factor of 1.5× …

I'd prefer individual language packages but that doesn't seem to be the "Nix way".
How could we add more language without increasing the package size for all users?

Well, we do have a wrapper anyway, so if we could add language pack via the wrapper with symlinks or environment variables, it would solve the problem.

Would this be done by just editing libreoffice/wrapper.nix and committing it?
