  1. nixos/gitlab: Install and fixup vendorised gitlab-shell 

    gitaly now ships its own vendorised version of gitlab-shell. Previously
we failed to install this, resulting in
https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/59403.
