Either download from Cachix:

nix-store -r /nix/store/jr512ib067slzckqhsmd7p92alg5bmkf-python3.7-clikit-0.3.1 \
  --option binary-caches 'https://cache.nixos.org/ https://r-ryantm.cachix.org/' \
  --option trusted-public-keys '
  r-ryantm.cachix.org-1:gkUbLkouDAyvBdpBX0JOdIiD2/DP1ldF3Z3Y6Gqcc4c=
  cache.nixos.org-1:6NCHdD59X431o0gWypbMrAURkbJ16ZPMQFGspcDShjY=
  '

(r-ryantm's Cachix cache is only trusted for this store-path realization.)

Or, build yourself:

nix-build -A python37Packages.clikit https://github.com/r-ryantm/nixpkgs/archive/47aed6375324d2e076b1ebd944686c9cd0aedac2.tar.gz

After you've downloaded or built it, look at the files and if there are any, run the binaries:

ls -la /nix/store/jr512ib067slzckqhsmd7p92alg5bmkf-python3.7-clikit-0.3.1
ls -la /nix/store/jr512ib067slzckqhsmd7p92alg5bmkf-python3.7-clikit-0.3.1/bin

cc @jbaum98 for testing.

#59506 will fix python2Packages.poetry.
Upgrading cleo as well as done in this commit fixes cleo.

I'm not sure how to amend this PR to include it. Or should I make a separate PR for cleo? Or will the bot eventually get to it?

I would just wait a bit, once your PRs @jbaum98 are merged, then it won't be an issue :)

:) Thanks, but #59506 isn't mine, and I haven't made a PR yet for cleo. Should I make one?

Yea, if you already updated it locally, it should be relatively easy to open a PR :)
