This fork of cls-motu is unmaintained. Remove it from nixpkgs.

Motivation for this change

This is unmaintained. (I know that since I used to maintain it…).

If one wants the same functionality, the following project should be packaged : https://sourceforge.net/projects/cls-motu/

• Tested compilation of all pkgs that depend on this change using nix-shell -p nix-review --run "nix-review wip"

• Determined the impact on package closure size (by running nix path-info -S before and after)
• Ensured that relevant documentation is up to date
• Fits CONTRIBUTING.md.
