Motivation for this change
Things done
  • Tested using sandboxing (nix.useSandbox on NixOS, or option sandbox in nix.conf on non-NixOS)
  • Built on platform(s)
    • NixOS
    • macOS
    • other Linux distributions
  • Tested via one or more NixOS test(s) if existing and applicable for the change (look inside nixos/tests)
  • Tested compilation of all pkgs that depend on this change using nix-shell -p nix-review --run "nix-review wip"
  • Tested execution of all binary files (usually in ./result/bin/)
  • Determined the impact on package closure size (by running nix path-info -S before and after)
  • Assured whether relevant documentation is up to date
  • Fits CONTRIBUTING.md.

The error can be reproduced like:
```
$ nix-instantiate ./nixos -A system --arg configuration '
  { fileSystems."/".device = "nodev";
    boot.loader.grub.devices = [ "nodev" ];
    containers.t.config.imports = [ <nixpkgs/nixos/modules/virtualisation/amazon-image.nix> ];
  }'
```

Previously error was:
```
error: The unique option `containers.t.networking.hostName' is defined multiple times, in `/nix/var/nix/profiles/per-user/root/channels/nixpkgs/nixos/modules/virtualisation/amazon-image.nix' and `module at /home/danbst/dev/nixpkgs/nixos/modules/virtualisation/containers.nix:470'.
(use '--show-trace' to show detailed location information)
```

Now it is:
```
error: The unique option `containers.t.networking.hostName' is defined multiple times, in:
 - /nix/var/nix/profiles/per-user/root/channels/nixpkgs/nixos/modules/virtualisation/amazon-image.nix
 - module at /home/danbst/dev/nixpkgs/nixos/modules/virtualisation/containers.nix:470.
(use '--show-trace' to show detailed location information)
```

Related: NixOS#15747
See NixOS#15747. Previously this module was called `<unknown-file>`
in error messages, now it is called a bit more close to real:
```
module at /home/danbst/dev/nixpkgs/nixos/modules/virtualisation/containers.nix:470
```
Removes QuickChick for Coq 8.7 as it is broken
(probably due to a too recent ssreflect).
`py_test` tries to download unnecessary dependencies at runtime. We
can just as well run it to check the assertion.

Upstream issue: bazelbuild/bazel#8575
Factor out the common parts of tests & cache the bazel
self-extraction (ugh) to a common store path.
xe is such a trivial package, it should build on every platform that
supports a CC compiler.

the old hash was for 2.0.5, so the store path for the dist-info was:
/nix/store/v5sgpkxpp950chzdzzj4b5yl9r0w0by7-python3.7-Flask-Script-2.0.6/lib/python3.7/site-packages/Flask_Script-2.0.5.dist-info
pythonPackages.flask_script: fix hash
pythonPackages.flask_migrate: 2.3.1 -> 2.5.2
bazel-watcher: 0.9.1 -> 0.10.3
[coq] simple-io: 1.0.0 -> 1.2.0; QuickChick: init at 1.1.0 for Coq 8.9
NixOS module system: improve one of error messages
