Indicate 10/12-bit ADC and DAC as functional equivalents to the 8-bit ones #104

They're completely identical in function when used as replacements and apparently there is a shortage of 8-bit chips for some reason. I assumed it's obvious that the 10/12-bit ones are just as good but it's not; we need to indicate it on the schematic and/or BOM somehow.
