nixos/kubernetes: Add preferredAddressTypes option to apiserver #57523

Motivation for this change

The --preferred-address-types option in the kubernetes apiserver enables the user to specify whether other kubernetes nodes should be connected to through e.g. their hostname or node IP.
The default prefers hostname which can lead to errors in some setups, where the hostname does not resolve.

Things done
  • Tested using sandboxing (nix.useSandbox on NixOS, or option sandbox in nix.conf on non-NixOS)
  • Built on platform(s)
    • NixOS
    • macOS
    • other Linux distributions
  • Tested via one or more NixOS test(s) if existing and applicable for the change (look inside nixos/tests)
  • Tested compilation of all pkgs that depend on this change using nix-shell -p nox --run "nox-review wip"
  • Tested execution of all binary files (usually in ./result/bin/)
  • Determined the impact on package closure size (by running nix path-info -S before and after)
  • Assured whether relevant documentation is up to date
  • Fits CONTRIBUTING.md.

In general, I would prefer to get rid of all these NixOS options in favor of *.extraOpts -- we can add validations as needed in unexposed functions without increasing the number of options. There is some argument for retaining the options whose values we need to refer to from elsewhere in NixOS modules, but I don't think this is really the case here. I'm inclined to say that extraOpts should suffice in this case. any particular reason to prioritize this one specifically?
