uritemplate.py was renamed to uritemplate upstream, but we ended up with separate packages in nixpkgs. The homepage for uritemplate_py is now archived. The only user of the package that I can find was github3_py, which recently switched to uritemplate. We could add an alias, but I doubt there are any users outside of nixpkgs.
