Instructions to test this update (click to expand)

Either download from Cachix:

nix-store -r /nix/store/r6znlzwzbkah2hngaakh3rk7fi14fn9f-gnome-builder-3.30.3 \
  --option binary-caches 'https://cache.nixos.org/ https://r-ryantm.cachix.org/' \
  --option trusted-public-keys '
  r-ryantm.cachix.org-1:gkUbLkouDAyvBdpBX0JOdIiD2/DP1ldF3Z3Y6Gqcc4c=
  cache.nixos.org-1:6NCHdD59X431o0gWypbMrAURkbJ16ZPMQFGspcDShjY=
  '

(r-ryantm's Cachix cache is only trusted for this store-path realization.)

Or, build yourself:

nix-build -A gnome-builder https://github.com/r-ryantm/nixpkgs/archive/c57b0c8e00c95742ed3be315e892ef2be97356ba.tar.gz

After you've downloaded or built it, look at the files and if there are any, run the binaries:

ls -la /nix/store/r6znlzwzbkah2hngaakh3rk7fi14fn9f-gnome-builder-3.30.3
ls -la /nix/store/r6znlzwzbkah2hngaakh3rk7fi14fn9f-gnome-builder-3.30.3/bin

cc @lethalman @jtojnar @hedning for testing.

Hmm, not sure if this works right. Though I'm getting the same problems on 3.30.2.

When loading a project builder hangs a long time, though it does load the project eventually. I'm getting this warning:

21:34:48.0778 ide-device-manager[ 8352]: WARNING: GbpQemuDeviceProvider failed to load: binfmt is missing from /proc/mounts

Hmm, it's downloading a bunch of flatpak sdks, that might be the issue (so probably not our fault).

Runs OK when all the sdks and dependencies are built (tested with the polari project). There's warnings, and there was a crash when all sdks was finished downloading, but I don't think those are regressions.
