Play Fluidsynth music through the mixer #7012

This adds a feature for the sound effects mixer to take a "pull" stream of sample data and mix below the sound effects. The Fluidsynth music driver is updated to use this mixer feature to use the same audio device as the rest of the game uses, instead of users potentially having to battle with Fluidsynth configuration to make it play as expected.
