This was overlooked in my previous (accepted) patch which adds the
--dont-fetch-submodulescommand-line flag: the generated nix specification forsrcshould reflect the setting of that flag so that the correspondingfetchgitoperation behaves similarly. This has no effect forsrcdirectives that do not usefetchgit.
