Motivation for this change
Icon themes with svg icons were not loading, because gdk_pixbuf didn't have svg support. By pointing GDK_PIXBUF_MODULE_FILE to librsvg, it fixes the issue. More info here and here. Icons in PNG format still work, e.g. if no iconTheme is set
