2 weeks ago I reverted the libtensorflow: 1.9.0 -> 1.10 upgrade because it breaks the tensorflow Haskell package which at the moment is the only user of libtensorflow. Lets wait with this upgrade until the Haskell package supports it. |

@timokau I believe it's still a blocker. The Haskell tensorflow package has not been updated to the latest libtensorflow yet. |
