Lix 0.9.17

There are guideline pieces in ./images/guideline/, a 1-deep directory within ./images/. These are example builder staircases and platformer bridges, helping level designers judge gaps.

Lix 0.9.17 can't select them from the terrain browser. The terrain browser offers only all 2-deep directories in its root dir.
