This package contains the development version of the Sister Clade Extractor. The project is meant to be opened as a whole using Xcode on version 6.4 or higher. The main C++ files can be found in en.proj/ (phylogeny classes) and SisterFinder/ (driver) and SisterFinder/en.proj (SiClE search classes).

Historical versions of the software in their archived form can be found in releases/ dating back to the original SisterFinder v0.1a version.
