Motivation for this change

It takes very long to install nerdfonts and it takes a lot of disk space considering most users' usage of only few specific fonts. With this change, a user can choose the fonts he wishes to install with:

nerdfonts.override {
  fonts = [
    "AnonymousPro"
    "Hack"
  ];
}

And only the necessary fonts will be downloaded and installed.

This should fix the build for macos and hence supersede #80690 (cc @uosis) .

Things done

• Removed the outdated pkgs/data/fonts/inconsolata-nerdfont/default.nix and pkgs/data/fonts/terminus-nerdfonts as they are redundant now (cc @dmvianna).
• Made the attributes terminus-nerdfont and inconsolata-nerdfont use nerdfonts.override with the proper Fonts attribute, for backwards compatibility.
• Added a script that updates all fonts' shas (cc @FlorianFranzen & @jtanguy & @mmlb from inconsolata-nerdfont: init at 2.0.0 #63079 )
• Fixed some issues with the meta + added my self as maintainer.
• Fix the build for Macos (Close nerdfonts: fix build on MacOS #80690 ).

• Tested using sandboxing (nix.useSandbox on NixOS, or option sandbox in nix.conf on non-NixOS linux)
