Currently this module appears in the NixOS options list
with no explanation of what it is. Multiple programs called
dysnomia exist, so this is an attempt to clarify which one
this is meant to be.

It might just make sense to remove this module instead. It references at least 2 NixOS options which don't exist anymore, so I'm guessing the module doesn't even work. I have made mention of this to @svanderburg on at least one occasion, but never got a reply back 🤷‍♂️

I suggest not merging this PR as is, but instead modify it to remove (or fix!) the module. I didn't suggest fix as a first resort because if no one has reported it as broken yet I guess no uses it...
