This is related to #6.

Thus far the tool has been used only to patch a single memory in a flat design. Should be updated to handle hierarchy.

This relates to both the generation of the MDD file in the test generation tools as well as to the patching code itself.

Handled by #16. Includes sample with dual memories and hierarchy.
