This was tested on hardwre, except for addison, due to boot.img being too big already. It fails with oneplus3, likely due to otg_switch issue, but doing as in #45 didn't help. Though I'm confident the actual hardware would work if it wasn't for that. |

This is a common inexpensive chipset used in many USB networking dongles.
I'm enabling it on all devices since it's one I have, and I know I'll use.
