Motivation for this change

i3ipc python module is way to old

Things done

Only update the sha1 and the version

  • Built on platform(s)
    • other Linux distributions

@jonringer I did the changes you suggested plus a bit more.

All that's left is for somebody to confirm it works (I don't run i3)

@cole-h confirmed via IRC that this indeed works for them (on sway), so let's merge this once @GrahamcOfBorg is happy :)

This broke i3-wk-switch, I'll see if I can fix that.
