We are now splitting the concerns more clearly, by making `baseModules` the reason we are evaluating NixOS, rather than wholesale always including it into the modules.
This replaces the embryonic "Porting Guide" link from the top menu, and the new page links back to it. This, in turn, allows us to make more resources easily accessible in a curated page, rather than hoping users will use the Site Map.

This adds the options listing to the documentation.
This also reviews how modules are being handled a bit, but in the end it ended up not working like I wanted. Those changes are, thus, mostly useless, but were kept anyway. At least it clearly delineates the NixOS integration.
