While building f4pga/f4pga-arch-defs#1316

fasm_assembler fails with:

prjxray.fasm_assembler.FasmLookupError: Segment DB HCLK_CMT_L, key HCLK_CMT_L.HCLK_CMT_MUX_OUT_FREQ_REF0.HCLK_CMT_CCIO0 not found from line 'HCLK_CMT_L_X106Y78.HCLK_CMT_MUX_OUT_FREQ_REF0.HCLK_CMT_CCIO0'
Segment DB HCLK_CMT_L, key HCLK_CMT_L.HCLK_CMT_FREQ_REF_NS0.HCLK_CMT_MUX_OUT_FREQ_REF0 not found from line 'HCLK_CMT_L_X106Y78.HCLK_CMT_FREQ_REF_NS0.HCLK_CMT_MUX_OUT_FREQ_REF0'

Adding BUFG on input clk, solves the problem
