Motivation for this change

Libinput 1.15.1 has a bug which causes compositors, including gnome and sway, to crash when resuming from sleep or hibernate. Libinput 1.15.2 fixes this bug.

Things done

I changed the version and hash, then checked if sway built and ran using the updated libinput. I do not have the computing power to rebuild my entire system to use the updated libinput.
