  1. Let copyPath on RealisedPaths wrap copyPath on StorePaths 

    Rather than the other way round.
Given that `copyPath(RealisedPaths)` can very naturally be implemented
as a wrapper on top of `copyPath(StorePaths)`, it's much more natural to
split things that way.
