This issue is to keep track of the progress on the configuration parameters documentation of the PCIE_2_1 primitive.

Description

The PCIE_2_1 primitive has quite some configuration parameters that can be set, and all of them seem to affect two frames of the configuration segment where the primitive is located. The frames are 28 and 29.

A pcie-config-fuzzer is required to document the configuration parameters.
