This, since it's set before, replaces the existing python in the nativeBuildInputs; which in turn ensures this builds while the Nixpkgs upgrade to U-Boot is not yet in stable.

This closes #199, keeping u-boot from upstream, picking patches as needed instead of trusting the whole community branch.
This was verified to boot on my pinephone.
