[20.09] coturn: apply patch for CVE-2020-26262 #109043

Motivation for this change

Related to #109038

Fixes CVE-2020-26262.

Things done
  • Tested using sandboxing (nix.useSandbox on NixOS, or option sandbox in nix.conf on non-NixOS linux)
  • Built on platform(s)
    • NixOS
    • macOS
    • other Linux distributions
  • Tested via one or more NixOS test(s) if existing and applicable for the change (look inside nixos/tests)
  • Tested compilation of all pkgs that depend on this change using nix-shell -p nixpkgs-review --run "nixpkgs-review wip"
  • Tested execution of all binary files (usually in ./result/bin/)
  • Determined the impact on package closure size (by running nix path-info -S before and after)
  • Ensured that relevant documentation is up to date
  • Fits CONTRIBUTING.md.

I am not liking that we backport new features with this release. Are they optional? If so, can we keep them disabled? Otherwise we can always just apply this patch:

If so, can we keep them disabled?

Why should we disable features?

The release also contained two nullpointer dereferences. I would prefer shipping an official version instead of a custom patched one even if it container a feature or two.

I tested coturn with the patch, it works.
Are SRI hashes allowed on 20.09?
