There's a lot of legacy Mercurial-related stuff (scripts and in the README) all over this repository. This needs to be converted to be Git-compatible.

Adding support for GitHub Actions to generate releases would be handy too, and removing the legacy DevZone stuff.

All of this will be handled in #19, but #14 needs to be dealt with first.
