By not having a battery driver :/
Except for one, they are all "complete" patches. The WIP patch is only WIP because it is extremely specific to the Gru platform.
This relies on one of the patches added to the build.

Thanks to the help of developers involved in chromeos, I was able to make Gadget mode work for
asus-dumo.This specific workaround should work for all "gru" devices. It may also be useful on other RK3399 designs which have used the same shortcut for USB.
This also includes a kernel upgrade. This kernel does not build the battery module as it is (more) broken. (It breaks udev.)
And finally, sneaking-in, a small fixup for target disk mode. This change should help on all DRM platforms.
And finally, a long overdue cleanup of that MMC task.
