I created the X axis in this sample CSV file WAV00 copy.csv by dragging the fill handle in Libreoffice, then saving as CSV. Libreoffice fails to save with enough precision, and scopehal refuses to infer the 400ns timebase, instead creating a sparse waveform.

All fine.

The problem is that the rendered wave looks like this:
