few years old by now, use linux_mptcp_95 instead.
linux_mptcp_5_9 enables Multipath TCP in the upstream kernel. I keep linux_mptcp_95 even if it is out of tree because it has "more" features than linux_mptcp_5_9.

and removed linux_mptcp_94 (few years old by now).
linux_mptcp_95 is an out of tree linux kernel with different (e.g., "more") features
than the more recent multipath TCP (MPTCP) improvements to the upstream kernel thus I still left it.
