Branch: Quicklogic: current techmap does not handle FIFO_DIR routed to non-constant #1544

This signal changes the FIFO direction. Currently the model handles setting this port to a constant (VCC or GND) only.

I'm unsure if we have all the timings required to handle dynamic direction change.
