Oh, for me it only seems to be turning up when you put your cursor exactly in the place it is going to be.... That position is not easy to find if you don't know it should exist. I think it should turn up any time the person mouses over the associated header? |
It's the same for me, not intuitive/good UX. Will fix this. |
ENH: Add a block for hero content
To make it easy for people to link to the headers. Similar to how GitHub renders markdown headers in the GUI;
The original readthedocs theme use to do this too;
