At least the HDO9000 series allows some level of control over the ADC bit depth. We should have an API for this.

Current blocker: It's not at all obvious what Automation variable actually controls this. Not going to bug support over it right now but that's probably what will have to happen.

Per TLC00277274: App.Acquisition.Horizontal.HiResolutionModeActive = "HDOn", "HDOff".

No idea what possessed them to put Y axis settings under "horizontal"...
