Support for block rams with data width of 2 #1206

Currently SymbiFlow supports block rams with data port widths: 1, 4, 9, 18, 36. However, the upstream Yosys can infer block rams also with width of 2. In some designs this leads to error during the techmap stage.

The solution is to add support (or mapping) of that block ram setting to SymbiFlow.
