Presume you've checked the various other "special keys" as well? Wonder why these keys weren't included in the "special keys" list already...

Testing on the SDL1 driver, it doesn't look like page up / page down do anything special in OpenTTD.. I'm not sure what other special keys to look out for here. No doubt, we'll find out through user testing >_<
