Motivation for this change
We have attributes for stable emacs 25 and 26 of latest versions, both built to be with and without X11 bindings.
And we have an attribute for latest emacs with X11 bindings so one doesn't have to specify version.
But we didn't have an attribute for latest emacs without X11 bindings.
It happens that I want emacs-nox and I just want the latest one... :)
