Either download from Cachix:

nix-store -r /nix/store/rsf58mhybda0y9i82ixnw7l554866avn-python3.7-google-resumable-media-0.4.1 \
  --option binary-caches 'https://cache.nixos.org/ https://r-ryantm.cachix.org/' \
  --option trusted-public-keys '
  r-ryantm.cachix.org-1:gkUbLkouDAyvBdpBX0JOdIiD2/DP1ldF3Z3Y6Gqcc4c=
  cache.nixos.org-1:6NCHdD59X431o0gWypbMrAURkbJ16ZPMQFGspcDShjY=
  '

(r-ryantm's Cachix cache is only trusted for this store-path realization.)

Or, build yourself:

nix-build -A python37Packages.google_resumable_media https://github.com/r-ryantm/nixpkgs/archive/139861af0839147352389b02230ddd1439c46e7c.tar.gz

After you've downloaded or built it, look at the files and if there are any, run the binaries:

ls -la /nix/store/rsf58mhybda0y9i82ixnw7l554866avn-python3.7-google-resumable-media-0.4.1
ls -la /nix/store/rsf58mhybda0y9i82ixnw7l554866avn-python3.7-google-resumable-media-0.4.1/bin

cc @costrouc for testing.

This causes failures for me for google_cloud_bigquery & google_cloud_storage, both macos 10.13 and non-nixos linux x86_64. Should see if there are equivalent bumps for them I guess.

TBH I'd close this - it looks like the google cloud suite could do with bumping en masse, there are so many interdependent relationships.

concur with @risicle , this suite should be upgraded in unison. Do not merge :)
