This PR adds an incomplete CAN decoder, i.e.: standard frame ID only, no CRC verification, no transmission error check (partially implements #32)
Other than that, I think it works pas mal at least in my tests. I didn't want to delay the PR.
I will continue to add improvements as I can.
Please let me know if I can make any modification.
