If create line segment & constrain both ends with "Lock Point Where Dragged" — it should prevent moving it by just dragging line segments.
If only one end is constrained - only line segment length should be increased/decreased into other end direction, according mouse movement.
If move line segment each ends constrained with "Lock Point Where Dragged" but non-selected — both ends dragged too according line segment movement.
Same happen when only one end is constrained.
Is it possible to create "Lock Point In Place" (non-dragable variant of "Lock Point Where Dragged") constrain for hard locking point position?

@jwesthues What is the intended behavior of this constraint in this situation?

Expected behavior

Actual behavior
If move line segment each ends constrained with "Lock Point Where Dragged" but non-selected — both ends dragged too according line segment movement.
Same happen when only one end is constrained.
