#2388 breaks the game.
At e01a8d3, everything works as usual.
At e324449, launching a vessel or dropping an EVA kerbal from a rocket result in ejection at high speed in a random direction; while things behave normally in flight, controlled (low-speed) landings of Kerbals are fatal, with the speed indicator registering on the order of a km/s as the Kerbal vaporizes on contact with the ground.

I think #2388 also uses inconsistent handednesses for RigidPart (sometimes left-handed like World, sometimes right-handed like Barycentric), but I'm not sure that explains the bug.
