Motivation for this change

Update tpm2-tools to 4.0.

Also, this adds the tpm2-abrmd (userspace resource manager) to the tool's LD_LIBRARY_PATH. Together with the tpm2 module (#72029) this should allow for seamless operation of TPMs, both with the userspace and kernel resource manager.

The check phase requires a running D-Bus so that the applications can connect to a software TPM. Personally I think that this may be possible, but is not worth the effort. Therefore, tests are disabled. The utilities work with my hardware TPM.

Things done
  • Tested using sandboxing (nix.useSandbox on NixOS, or option sandbox in nix.conf on non-NixOS)
  • Built on platform(s)
    • NixOS
    • macOS
    • other Linux distributions
  • Tested via one or more NixOS test(s) if existing and applicable for the change (look inside nixos/tests)
  • Tested compilation of all pkgs that depend on this change using nix-shell -p nix-review --run "nix-review wip"
  • Tested execution of all binary files (usually in ./result/bin/)
  • Determined the impact on package closure size (by running nix path-info -S before and after)
  • Ensured that relevant documentation is up to date
  • Fits CONTRIBUTING.md.
