doc/manual: add note to allowSubstitutes advanced attribute

As discussed on #nixos-dev, this adds a note to
allowSubstitutesto tell users about the possible problem ifsystem≠builtins.currentSystem.I hate how I phrased it, maybe we can find a wording that’s easier to understand.
