Motivation for this change

The current package does not include readline, which results in a shell that lacks interactive features.
Also added passthrough.shellPath so that it can be used as a shell package.

• Tested using sandboxing (nix.useSandbox on NixOS, or option sandbox in nix.conf on non-NixOS)

• Fits CONTRIBUTING.md.
