Also, reformat the expression to fit current conventions.
This could have been done while avoiding CMake if we manually walked around the directories, but running CMake ourselves fits better with Nixpkgs conventions (#31236).
Motivation for this change
I can't remember how to use edbrowse half the time, so docs are really nice. Allowing for ODBC was a nice benefit while I was there.
