Motivation for this change

Needed a card game on NixOS, also #62168.

Things done
  • Tested using sandboxing (nix.useSandbox on NixOS)
  • Built on platform(s)
    • NixOS
    • macOS
    • other Linux distributions
  • Tested via one or more NixOS test(s) if existing and applicable for the change (look inside nixos/tests)
  • Tested compilation of all pkgs that depend on this change (none)
  • Tested execution of all binary files
  • Determined the impact on package closure size (by running nix path-info -S before and after)
  • Ensured that relevant documentation is up to date
  • Fits CONTRIBUTING.md.

It's a KDE application: the source is defined in pkgs/applications/kde/srcs/nix and the build is done using a modified mkDerivation.

Of course the motivation is weak as we all know PySol has more rulesets in it (but I have to admit it has so many it is easier to get lost in the choice there).
