It looks as though the packages cannot be versioned using the commit has only.

Conda seems to sort the versions alphabetically and doing a simple conda install installs the version with the hash that gets sorted on top - it doesn't seem to be based on the time of upload.

Also note that we will also have to somehow get rid of the currently uploaded version, so that after switching the version conversion the new packages get sorted on top.
