Can be found by grepping for TODO(nmigen-0.2).

Workflow question:

  • should we remove this functionality as soon after release (the past 0.1 in this case) as possible to clean up the codebase and make sure that, where the deprecations are moved to nmigen.compat, they work well;
  • or should we remove this functionality as late (just before 0.2 in this case) as possible to give people (who presumably mostly stay on master right now) as much time to update their code as possible?
