Motivation / Problem
The README on the OpenTTD repository doesn't mention that OpenTTD is available on Steam and GOG.com.
Description
Add links to Steam and GOG.com and adjust the sentence about OS package managers (only use "also" once).
Limitations
I say that the game is available "on" Steam rather than "from", "through", or "via" because that's how Steam describes it. This could be American English though, so disagreement is welcome.
