Currently it is a bit hard to start the server for development. As such, I prepared a simple zip file which contains 5 files:

OpenGFX (base-graphics)
FIRS 3 (NewGRF)
FIRS 4 (NewGRF)
Iron Horse (NewGRF)
Iron Horse 2 (NewGRF)

Hopefully that helps people a bit starting up if they want to toy with this server themselves.
